"Fruttato Intenso" is our early harvest extra virgin olive oil that is more grassy in texture with a spicier finish, similar to the famed oils of Italy's Northern Tuscany Region. Fruttato is made with "less ripe" olives harvested a bit earlier in the season and thus retains a more intense fruit flavor with a peppery finish.
