"Delicato" is our signature extra virgin olive oil as it is most notable for it's buttery taste and texture that is complimentary to all food types and uses. Delicato is comprised of slightly more "ripe" olives harvested a bit later in the season and as such represents the premier evoo in the "classic Campania region"
"Delicato" Notable Awards include: 2013 New York International Olive Oil Competition Best of Class and Gold Medal, Gold Medal multiple years in NYIOOC, LA County Fair, and many international competitions. Best of Class on QVC Channel, and Nominated Best Food Staple on QVC (no longer available on QVC), consistently testing at less than 0.3% acidity style.
