"Organic" is our signature "Delicato Style" extra virgin olive oil. The Organic offering is certified organic by BIOAGRICERT Srl and belongs to the Producer Organization LAPO-SA Society Coop located in Battipaglia (SA). The PO Organization verifies the production chain, traceability and security and follows the path of the product through all stages of it's production, processing and distribution. PO members apply production discipline with the support of expert agronomists. The traceability system adopted by the PO complies with UNI EN ISO 220005-2008 and allows through batch management to trace the product back to the producer and his grove.

"Organic" is a relatively new offering and it is in the style of our Award Winning "Delicato" evoo. "Organic" is also USDA Certified as Organic in accordance with all US Laws and Governing Bodies.
